ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By entering this Promotion, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these Rules and to all decisions made by the Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion.
Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are included for ease of reference and do not affect interpretation in any way.
2. The administrator is A&S Labels Pty Ltd (ACN 164 210 860), PO Box 566, Richmond, Victoria, 3121 (“Administrator”). This Promotion will be conducted under the supervision of the Administrator.
Duration and Deadlines
3. Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 9:00AM (AEDT) on 13/4/2026 until 11:59PM (AEDT) on 15/4/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility Requirements
4. Entry is open to participants who place a valid order for the Isatana Silver set via the official Tiger Mist mobile app during the Promotion Period, excluding employees of the Administrator, their immediate family members (defined as spouses, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, and grandchildren and their respective spouses and step-family members), and household members of the Administrator and their respective affiliates, franchisees, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, printers, judging agencies, and prize suppliers.
5. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid form of identification.
6. By entering, entrants confirm they are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Procedures for Entry
7 (a). To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, place a valid order for the Isatana Silver via the official Tiger Mist mobile application. Each qualifying purchase of the Isatana Silver made through the app during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion.
7 (b). Entries will be deemed to have been received at the time the qualifying order is successfully completed via the Tiger Mist mobile application during the Promotion Period.
8. The Administrator reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, order details and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Administrator to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Limitations on Entries
9. Eligible entrants must enter by completing a valid purchase of the Isatana Silver via the official Tiger Mist mobile application during the Promotion Period and comply with the entry requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected or affected by technical issues, including but not limited to app, website, server or payment processing errors.
10. This promotion is conducted by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any mobile application platform providers. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any mobile platform provider. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this promotion must be directed to the Promoter.
Incorporation of Official Rules
11. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, administrators and any judges appointed by sponsor, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects.
Prizes
12. One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a refund of the purchase price of one (1) Isatana Silver item purchased via the Tiger Mist mobile application during the Promotion Period, up to the full retail value of the item.
13. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except in the form of the refund described above.
14. Award of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
15. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion.
Winner
16. One (1) winner will be selected at random by an employee of Tiger Mist from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
17. The winner will be selected after the Promotion Period ends and will be announced by 16/4/2026 by 11:59PM (AEDT).
18. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact details associated with the qualifying order placed via the Tiger Mist mobile application.
19. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable attempts using the contact information provided with the qualifying order, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
20. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not included in the prize description.
21. The name of the winner will be published at

for 28 days, from two (2) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
Privacy and Publicity Issues
22.The Sponsor will collect personal data from entrants when they enter this competition, and this information will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, notifying the winner and publicising the winner where applicable.

24. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city or state of residence, likeness or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers, Waivers, Releases and Limitations on Liability
25. The Administrator is not responsible for late, lost or tampered with prizes, postage due, misdirected communications or printing errors.
26. The Administrator is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries.
27. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and select a winner in accordance with the random drawing described above.
28. By participating in the promotion and redeeming a prize, the winner, to the extent permissible by law, releases and agrees to hold harmless the Administrator, its advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage to persons, including death, or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
29. Winning a prize constitutes permission for the Administrator to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
30. The Administrator may prohibit an entrant from participating in the promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Administrator.
31. RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA OR STATES WITH SIMILAR LAW: IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF CALIFORNIA, OR OF A STATE WITH A LAW SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR TO SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS AND BENEFITS AFFORDED BY CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 OR YOUR STATE’S SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR LAW, AND YOU DO SO UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SUCH SPECIFIC WAIVER. SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA STATES AS FOLLOWS:
A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1542 OR ANY SIMILAR STATE LAW, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING A FULL AND COMPLETE RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF RELEASEES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RELEASE GRANTED BY THESE RULES IS INTENDED TO INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL CLAIMS NOT KNOWN OR SUSPECTED BY YOU AND ALL FACTS IN ADDITION TO OR DIFFERENT FROM THOSE WHICH YOU CURRENTLY KNOW OR BELIEVE TO BE TRUE.
32. Winning a prize constitutes permission for the Administrator and its agencies to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity for this Promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
33. The Administrator may prohibit an entrant from participating in the promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Administrator.
34. The actual retail value of the prize may differ from the stated approximate retail value due to taxes, processing fees, market conditions or other factors. If the actual value differs, the winner will not be entitled to receive any difference in value.
35. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption or substitution value, except that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
36. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS.” THE ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
37. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with the value of the prize. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to execute and return to the Administrator a Form W-9, Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, and any other documentation requested by the Administrator, in a form acceptable to the Administrator.
38. To the extent required by any governmental authority with jurisdiction over the promotion, in the event of any disqualifying event, the Administrator reserves the right, but is not obligated, to award or dispose of the prize in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, including without limitation disqualifying suspect entries and/or selecting an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same selection method.
39. It is understood and agreed that in the event of any act of government, war, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, fire, flood, riot, or changes in law or regulations which prevent the Administrator from performing its obligations, such non-performance shall not be deemed a breach of this Promotion and shall be excused for the duration of such circumstances.
40. This Promotion is for entertainment purposes only and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.
Dispute Resolution
41. The Administrator’s decisions are final and binding on all entrants.
42. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this promotion, entrants agree that:
(1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
(2) such disputes shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; and
(3) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings relating to such arbitration, and judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
43. To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree that under no circumstances will they be entitled to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in participating in this promotion.
44. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and the Administrator in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Savings Provisions
45. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
46. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
47. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Administrator and each entrant regarding the promotion.
48. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
